drop down menus and flash

I have a flash animation underneath a drop down menu. Currently the drop down menu falls behind the animation.
I want to make it drop down on top of it.

Someone told me to check the transparent window mode in flash and I did that but the problem still occurs. IS there something else I can do?

Hi its me again. I wrked it out but its now ok in explorer but not in firefox. Any ideas?
