Drop down menu

[bdex]

I have created a new field with a drop down menu. This allows users to select 1 or more items from this list. However, these items, once chosen only show on 1 horizontal line, rather than one above the other.
Is there anyway to see the items listed one above the other?

They will only display in a single line with semi-colons between. But when you pull down the menu you'll see a verticle list.

Another option would be to use seperate check-box fields
