Drop down links over frames

Is there a way to get a drop down menu to work across frames??

if you mean that the drop down selected value should open a page equal to it in the main frame, yes there is

projectseven.com has a jump menu extension that will work across frames

I would the links to drop down or across a frame window. ie, have the link set up in one frame and the roll over to scroll over the frame border into the next.

not possible because frames are seperate document entities tied by a frameset
