Pick from list

I have a column that has drop down box on each cell. Does anybody know how to add new name to the drop down box on each cell?? I have a column with list of people’s name but I need to add the new name but not sure how to do it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

How were the drop downs created? Did you use the Forms Toolbar or Control Toolbox Toolbar or some other way?
