drop calls

we have a G3 v6. We are having a problem with calls being dialed.

from our other location we have a PRI coming into us. They dial a number we route the call to our carrier and if the someone answers in 2 rings no problem But if it ring more than 2 or 3 times the call drops.

Also is there a way to in crease the inter-digit time when making a call.

Check that Answer Supervision is administered on the T-1 circuit. You can set it so that after x seconds the PBX sends answer supervision to the distant end to keep the trunks up.

it was set to 0 I now changed it to 20. Would that be a good vaule
