Can some one help me in getting drivers (free) for Avance Logic sound card for solaris 8 ?

I downloaded and installed the same. It got installed without problem. But is there any configuration to be done after this installation ? How can I verify that the sound card has been configured ? How do I run an audio CD?

ls -l /dev/audio

there is no configuration to do.

if /dev/audio is there it works.

It is exiting. BUt when I insert audio CD in the drive, nothing happens !!!!

you need to use a tool like 'xmcd' or similar (xmcd is on the companion cd)
