Drive wont read tape 1

Hi Guys

Im new to arcserve. I have a problem with one drive. When the tape has loaded it still says (NO media). The other 4 drives are fine. Is there a log I can browse to look for any problems this drive has had and if so how do I access it .Maybe it needs a cleaning tape run through it ?
 
Go to Quick Start, Server Admin, Admin, Configuration, tape engine tab. At the bottom, click on Show Tape Log on Job Status Manager. Click ok and get out of the screens. Now there will be a Tape Log tab on the Job Status screen. Or....there should be a file probably under C:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve Backup\LOG\TAPE.LOG

If the drive reports no media loaded when there is then it is time to call tech support for the drive.
