Drive Swap from a CXII into a CXiII

Has anyone pulled a drive out of a CXII and put it in a CXiII. We rushed in an install and need to put in the correct chassis (CXiII) and I just wondering if the drive will swap in directly or will I need to reload software and restore. If I have to restore will restoring a CXII data base into a CXiII give me any issues?

I think you will need to reload software and restore. Dont see any reason why the restore wouldn't work. The latest db backups are supposed to be able to be restored onto other platforms [highlight #FCE94F][/highlight]

Should restore OK

We have done similar things .

As long as any additional cards are in the same slots and IP addresses are set the same , then it should restore Ok

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
