drive icon changed - why??

When I open "my computer" the c:\ drive icon has changed to a windows default icon. Why? Is it a virus? When I click to open my c:\drive it gives me this message.

Windows can not find My.exe.
This program is needed for opening files of this type 'File'.

How do I change the icon back to a drive icon. I know how to associate a file, but how and can you associate a drive?

I am using Win98 se and am running NAV 2002. I have preforme a live update and scan. Nothing. Please help me save my sanity.

Do you have the same problem in windows explorer? Look and see. And how long have you had this problem?
