Drilling With Web 7.2.2

within Desktop - when you run a report and then right-click drill off it - you get a list of other hierarchies to drill across to

In Web 7.2.2 - when you drill - you cannot get direct access to the drill across to other hierarchies - instead you have to first open the 'other options' box.

In the report that I'm creating all the drills are to other hierarchies, so that the only option that initially appears in web is 'Other Options' which my customer doesn't like as it kinda puts an extra step into his drills.

Is there a way to change the drill menu within Web and provide direct access to drill across ?

Not completely sure, but if all drills are to other hierarchies in your project, you could try creating a custom project drill map (see Drill Map Editor) and add the hierarchies to the "Up" and "Down" default drills for the appropriate attributes from which you will be drilling.

You could change the ASP to put the user in Advanced Drill on return of report - this would give the drills across.
We have completely changed the interface (hated those DHTML menus) and have a menu bar with buttons to go directly to the options are users require - and only those! This is basically cosmetic, but saves screen redraws everytime a menu is openned up.
