Hi Guys!
Up until last tuesday, 8/16, when a user drilled through a level in my power cube it would open the report and show the data.
I changed some of the dimensions'properties in Transformer and assigned the Drill Through property to some of them. Once I did that, the IMR report does not open on the client computer once the drill through command has been invoked and a specific filter applied (for example, all the data for August 2005).
If I run the cube and drill through in the server, which has Impromptu Admin, it runs with no problems. But on the client computer, the drill through report (IMR) goes "Not Responding". And if you look in the task manager under processes, it will not show. But under applications will say twice Impromptu Not Responding.
I 've tried to solve this with Cognos directly. First we tried to figure out if it was the IMR. Now they are saying is the power cube. But I re-created the model in Transformer, recreated the cube, and still the same problem arises.
Do any of you guys have any clue? Has this ever happened to any of you? I have over 30 power cubes that I maintain and administer, and this is the only cube with that problem.
Thanks for all the help you can give me.
