How can I save a drill down report as a single file.
My user mostly save the results as pdf format but it has to be save twice( for summary & drill down). Is there any other alternative?

Thanks in Advance,
Sameer

You've specifically stated that you do NOT want the drilldown data as part of the main report by making it a drill down report.

Unfortunately there isn't a formula for controlling whether a group is hidden and used as a drill down.

Using conditional supress, you can make a manual drill down. If you ask the user for a boolean parameter, you can show every group/detail, or not, that way, if the user wants drill-down, they enter one value, if they want the whole report, they use another one. I've shown this example in several of my classes.

Goodpoint, knywue, however it isn't a drill down, it's conditional suppression, but it's a creative name for it ;)

They can't drill into anything, and it's going to get really fun to code (and use the various parameters) with multiple groups and levels of suppression.
