Anyone out there using Dreamweaver (MX) instead of relying on VS as the IDE, at least for page layout development?

I often find the layout editor in VS lacking and am considering Dreamweaver (and any other suggestions you might have) as an alternative.

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks!

It's your personal preference. My designers used Dreamweaver and then I took the pages and finished the plumbing in VS.net. I always end up tweeking HTML in the text anyway.

I use dreamweaver but it doesn't display my pages correctly in design view.

It does not load the usercontrols that I use for header and footer. Not sure if VS.net would display that correctly either.

For .net VS hands down. You are going to have 10 times the functionality in VS.
