Hi everyone

I have noticed that Dreamweaver is not showing the links to documents when I delete them when I know that they are on the site. I recreated the site cache but that didn't work. Also, I have noticed that all the broken links don'e come up when running the link checker. I have version 8.

Any Suggestions. Please help

Thanks
Merry

What are you saying?
Are you deleting the links? Or the documents? What are you expecting?

Well, what I was doing was pretending to delete a document to find out what pages they are on. What happens is that the warning sign doesn't come up telling me that that particular document is on certian pages and am i sure i want to delete it.

Also, when I run the link checker it won't show all the internal broken links. I checked by purposely creating a broken link to a document then running the link checker although it didn't show up.

The other thing I forgot to ask is does dreamweaver list broken external links or just internal ones?

Thanks for your help.

Merry

I have also just noticed that when I run the link checker quite a few documents are coming up as orphaned files when they are actually linked form pages and are working fine.

I'm confused
