Dreamweaver and XP problem no code view

When I open Dreamweaver on XP I'm unable to click or select the VIEW CODE option to edit the code directly.

I ran the latest update and still the same problem .. anybody else running into this?

i was running dreamweaver on xp for a while but got rid of the OS (dont think too much of it). There wasnt any probs like this as far as i can remember

Scrap xp and install windows 2k if you need the option that badly
