What a horror!
I just purchased 17 new computers and 17 copies of win2000.
I havent installed them yet because when reading thru the handbook I discoved Win2000 aparently only allows a max 10 users to share files.
I want to have one computer (the master) in particular to be able to send files to a folder on all the other 16 computers in turn and to exchange data in turn via a simple TCPIP windsock in an application I wrote in VB6.
Does this mean I cant use WIN2000 or does it mean I just cant send to the other 16 all at once?
What happens if I boot up all 17 computers? Will the 11th and so on not connect?
What other OS could I use and do I have to have it on all computers or only the master?
Thanks Ted
