Dr Watson Reports winlogon.exe corrupt!!!!!

Please help!<br>

My main billing system has gone down.<br>
This is a compaq proliant 8000 server.<br>
When machine boots in NT I get the nt server screen but no logon.<br>
<br>
After another 5 mins Dr Watson appears saying winlogon is corrupt.<br>
Then the system reboots.<br>
I Have placed a copy of winlogon.exe back onto the server from an identicle machine,but still no joy.<br>
<br>
Can anyone shed some light on this situation as i have never come across this one before.<br>
<br>
The system in c: is FAT the rest(data) is in NTFS.<br>
<br>
Mostly greatful if anyone can advise<br>

Did you try pressing space bar at start up? How about your recovery disk?
