We are using a Citrix Box and an SBS 2003 at a single site on the same domain. I want to add another server to the network for performance and robustness. I've found out that you can't have two SBS on the same domain. Could I add a win2003 server that would replicate the SBS box or could I create another domain for the 2nd SBS box. What ever method data must be shared and if the first server goes down, the company can still carry on. Is this possible? Help

yes, you can promote additional 2003 (non SBS) domain controllers to your existing SBS domain

Could the 2nd win2003 box replicate the SBS box?

if you promote it as an additional domain controller, then yes, it will replicate AD

Will it also replicate Word/Excel, Exchange files, etc on both servers?

You will only have the redudancy for AD and DNS if you have an integrated zone. You have to take care of all other server roles by yourself.
If you want user's data replicated then you could setup DFS/FRS.
Exchange will not be redundand as you only have one exchange server.

Would two SBS boxes on two different domains communicate and replicate so that if one went down the other would be ok or would it be better to have two Win2003 R2's, install Exchange and SQL server on both servers and use DFS/FRS to replicate the data of these two apps?

Thanks

No, you cannot create trusts between SBS domains, hence this is not possible.
As far I as I know, you need to have an exchange cluster if you want to have an exchange redudancy.
There's really no easy solution for what you're trying to achieve. You will need to introduce multiple servers to have full fail over scenario for all server roles.
