Hi,
I'm testing my DR plan with the DR option from aRcserve 2000. I made a full backup of one of my domain crontrollers. I made a bootable CD and a machine specific floppy.
On the restore system i disabled the onboard NIC's. Everything goes fine until it asks for the machine specific disk. After the reboot it claims that it installed a nnew NIC. and after the reboot that follows i have to install the correct driver for it. Now here's my problem. the name of the networkcard is jibberisch. with strange signs and mpre and i can't get passed this stage. If a press cancel or install what driver i choose, the systeem reboots and hangs.
Any ideas how i can surcumpass or solve this problem.
Regards,
Robert
