This is just annoying. Sage must be the only software company not giving their customers access to latest product updates or even allowing them to find out whether new versions have been released.
Why am I to contact my support partner for this basic task?
And customers used to have access to this information on the old website. What a waste of time.
Yeah - the old site worked much better for lots of things but they are too deep into the new portal (informationally and monetarily) to change back now.

You can get the updates from the new portal, once you have logged in you can search the knowledgebase for service packs and you should get a hit. Call the Sage Accpac portal help desk number 877-828-6372 and bug them until you get it.
