Does anyone know of a way to not restrict the ability for users to download from the internet in Windows 2000 using either group policy or registry settings without having to put the user into the local administrators group.
Do you want them to install? Anyone should be able to download to their home folder/directory, but they can't install unless they are ADMIN or Power user.
