I have some info stored in a JSP page, and I want people to be able to download it to a file on their computer. At the moment I'm using the setContentType ("text/csv") thing, but that only produces the download window in Netscape - I need to support both IE and Netscape. I need to be able to send the info to the desired file for the user (basically, bring up the download window)

Thanks heaps in advance
LS

ps I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but I'm really getting desperate!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess you need a link to your file so it can be downloaded.
somthing like this:
<A HREF=&quot;file://&quot;>file://</A>
