I am used to designing graphics for print. I get to use and create many different fonts. Taking graphics to the web, I was, at first, shocked when my design showed up on others computers with stock fonts... yuk. I have the fonts on my systems, so any time I previewed the designs on any of them, It looked great ( my opinion only ). I've resolved my self to using standard fonts or designing my graphic text in Corel or illustrator and saving them as images for my page.
Now for the question. I've read a couple of times that fonts can be "downloaded" with the page, but no one goes into it, as if they really don't know how. I understand this would not be possible if I where to "leave" the font on the views computer (possible copy right violation). So how do you do this in a temp manner? Down load the font with the page for viewing, that is.
Landis
lreed@i-is.com
