downloading an exe but getting the web page

Hello,

I hope somebody can help. I'm trying to download a .jpg file that I bought from a website. However, I get the webpage (html page) that the picture was placed. the html file doesn't contain the picture though.

How can i get the .jpc/picture that was purchased?

This sounds like a problem with the service that you purchased from. Do jpg's on other pages display properly?

Thanks for the fast reply. I already contacted the seller. so far no reply yet.

But your're probably right. I've downloaded a lot of programs with this computer with no problems.

Make sure when you hover over the object you plan to download the address shows the filetype you are expecting. Some sights have a picture that is a link to the download page and if you save that you do get an HTML page.
