Is there anyplace where i can get ActiveX? I either need to get activeX or be able to register winsck.ocx. I would really appreciate the help. [sig][/sig]

Hi. I recently downloaded a VB program, and whenever I run it, it says I need to get or register MSWinsck.ocx,
but I've got it, and it's in my C:\windows\system dir.
I don't have regsrv, and I really want this program to work!
Can anyone help???

I need help BAD!! I have been trying to make this stupid file work, mswinsck.ocx, and it will not, i have read all the posts and tried everything. I downloaded activex and it didnt change a thing. I finally registered it and it said failed to load control msnwinck.ocx and that it may be outdated. Can someone please help me?

Whenever i try to set up hothack i get the error message loadlibrary("c:\windows\system\mswinsck.ocx&quotfailed.
Getlasterror returns 0x00000485.

Plz help me clear this problem up i need to get my password back thx!

I need urgent help. I have windows xp i downloaded the file
winsck.ocx to run some old programs but i have a problem. When i click on the programs to run them they all give the msg [warning!language specific dll
C:\windows\system\Nmorenu.dll)is missing.program may behave erratically or exit obnarmally].Can anyone help me with this!!!!!!!!

When I try to join a chat ( at msn, for example) I receive a message error saying that the activeX cannot run, so the page isn't loaded. I do all you say, but it doesn't work.
Where can I download activex?? or what can I do

Hi.I download MOHAA(metal of honor:allied assault)WELL DUH.I download the demo and I downloaded a whole lot of things to make it work first i had one problem and I fixed it but now i have a nother it says "ERROR GENPORT I/O INITIALIZATION FAILURE" and assuming 3gfxvgl is a stand-alone driver.I downloaded the Multi-player demo and the Single player demo.Plz help.

P.S.-It also said something like "Calling LoadLibrary then it stop trying.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:-(

how to register winsck.ocx plz tell me

when i try to update windows i get this line..
"Windows Update is downloading and installing the updated software..."
after that i get this line..
"New Windows Update Software Required"
i click on "update now" and its go back to the first window
and so on... like a loop.

btw, few weeks ago i try to update and i got a problem note, "i need to change the activeX to minimum" or somthing like that..
because i got a flash problems (cant see site using flash),
i removed some installed programs to try to fix it, but nothing happen with the flash problem, still have flash problem. but i found that the first problem with the update
its no longer exist, only the note with loop...

how can i fix this (maybe both) problem?
