download speed problem

see connect to a speed of 600,000-1,200,000 and when i download from websites my download speedss start at like 1,300,000-5,000,455 adn it fall all the way down to like 60kb or 80kb why i call my aol cuz i have aol powered by verizon they said they did everything they could they couldn`t help so if there is anyone out there pleaseee

Are you aware that connection speed is usually measure in bits and down loads are usually measured in Bytes? With 8 bits to a byte a connection speed of 600,000 is going to get downloads of 75,000 bytes.

Since you are claiming 60,000 to 80,000 bytes you seem on track.

You are aware you cannot download faster than the other end can upload, right? Some sites will not keep up with you. I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.

are u sure cu z ask aol and the said my speed is more than 1.544.000.
