Hi

I have a Motorola Accompli 008 and I have lost the CD with TrueSync from Starfish.
Is it possible to download it from somewhere. I have tried Starfish' homepage but without luck.
My OS is WinXP.

Regards,
Henrik Thomsen

okay this will be limited time only I don't have enough web space for these files and my service provider will tell me to can them soon. so if someone else can host the file please do. These files all came from the internet back when SideKick and Truesync were available for download.

I downloaded Netrol's files and installed as required. Program ran but was unable to detect my Motorola A388 phone. I double-checked that my COM port was detected. So, back to the drawing board.

I have exactly the same problem you have. I also have the A388 Motorola, and I have received the same CD indication from Motorola. Have you get any progress or any of the members here have any idea of how we can survive?

Good news everyone. I now have a copy of the CD needed so you can sync your A388 with Outlook. The CD has many files on it and I am not sure the best procedure to share.....but I am willing. Just contact me at logan_dale@hotmail.com if you would like to pursue this.

Well, gentlemen, I figured out a way to get this driver for A388. If you need this driver, ask me how to get it in omeriswaldo.santana@uol.com.br.

I have a Motorola V400 phone that I purchased a data cable for. I downloaded truesync from the FAQ page (thanks for that, btw!) and then installed the 3.1 version update from the motorola site. However, although I have the phone turned on, plugged into the data cable, and the cable plugged into the USB port, it says that it cannot find my phone. What am I doing wrong? When I plug the USB cable into computer, a message comes up from the computer saying that the Motorola V400 device is detected, and asking to search for the driver. However, it can't seem to find the driver either... :(

Hi
I had to format my hard drive and now cannot find the CD for my TrueSync Software for my Motorola timeport-P8767.

Can anyone help me out?

Hello {DanielleT01},

I have the same phone {V400}. I would like to download the TrueSync software. However, I cannot figure out which specific FAQ page to download from. Would you please give me a direct link for this download.

I need to download from this phone some pictures that my daghter had taken on a recent vacation. It would also be great if I can get my phone book.

I bought the cable from Radio Shack but they did not have the software.

Thanks a lot.

Abit of good news, I found the TrueSync software. I installed it (version 2.0) and then upgraded it to version 3.1 from the Motorola site. Now, I have two program groups in my Start menu: TrueSync and TrueSync Desktop. I cannot get the computer to find the phone.

Windows XP cannot find the driver for the data cable I have (FutureDial Data Cable). I searched for this driver online (my cable did not come with disk) but to no avail. My be this is what is missing before the system would find the phone.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks a lot.

Hi

I have just got a usb data cable for my motorola v60 and i want to sync my data and use it to connect to the internet via gprs when i am away from my home adsl connection. Does anyone know where i can get the windows xp drivers for my phone and where i can get the software for my phone. i have looked at the faq page but i cant find the drivers for my phone.

I also don't know the exact model of my phone. does any one know how to distinguish between the models. there seems to be models from c to x.

would love any help
thanks

I had the v60 and everything was working fine. Now I've been forced by the cell provider to upgrade to a GSM phone (v400) and I'd rather nor buy another data connect kit. Unfortunately, the kit I have doesn't have the appropriate USB driver. I can't find one anywhere. Does anyone know where I might be able to get the Motorola v400 USB driver?
