Download Macro prob.....

My website appears to have been hacked????
When a page is opened on my site a download macro from

http://direct.data-line.us/gbn163.exe

asks the visitor to download the file gbn163.exe.
I have tried clearing the entire site pages and re-uploading a "clean" set but the macro still kicks in.
I have been unable to find any info on

http://direct.data-line.us

or gbn163.exe using the big search engines, just a couple of HijackThis Log Analysis entries.
Has anyone any idea what this thing is, and how to get rid???
