Download IP Office Admin Suite 1

I am putting in (hopefully) an IP office Ip 500 V2 controller, two combo cards and four phones today. I have never had trouble getting a download of the admin software before. Now, I am being told that I do not have any sold to numbers.

Is there another place to download the software?

Thank you both for a much appreciated save on a Saturday morning.

amriddle01 - I did log in, admittedly, it has been a while, it made me change my password then told me that I had no sold to numbers. Maybe I am going to the wrong place.

All in all, I am extremely grateful.

I do not understand why they are so secretive about the software. It's not like it runs on anyone else's hardware.

I saw an email lately and Avaya revelled that they are actively trying to take out the great market.
Some vendors where fined and some employees where sacked and all kind of that.

tlpeter, that Avaya is "cracking down" on some vendors and grey market is laughable.
If Avaya wants to take out the grey market then THEY need to stop selling THEIR stuff to everyone that comes along with a big wallet.
If they don't sell it then the grey market doesn't exist. This is one of the topics that really infuriates me, I can buy stuff of the grey market cheaper than I can buy it of my disti and how the hell can that happen. I tell you how, Avaya (somewhere) sells that stuff to these vendors cheaper than they sell it to me as a BP that has to pay for certs and has to keep up with all the Avaya rules to be able to stay a BP, but of course I have less volume than they do and if you ask me that feels like a kick in the ball park.
Can you tell that I am not happy with this?

You can buy Avaya a lot cheaper in some countries as in other countries due to tax rules and the need for hard dollars.
As long as that excists there will always be companies making money using that and so creating a grey market, this is genuine stuff and completely legal.
Avaya cannot do anything against it.
