Hi there,

basically what I need to do is to run a scheduled job to download files from a sftp server on a remote site to my computer.
I chose psftp because it seemed to fit my needs and seemed to be simple to run.
But there are some challenges I have not found a solution yet.
I can only leave my lan over a proxy server. How can I tell psftp to use a special proxy server to transfer the files?

What I'm doing now is something similar to:
psftp user@server -pw passwort -b testscript(script is a .bat used to download the files)

Can someone tell me how to add the proxy to the command?

Thanks for any advice.

Hi linney,

that is what I was looking for.
Blame on me that I didn't find it.
I just found out that it works similar than described for another tool called Winscp.

thank's a lot,
