Download Cisco VPN Client?

Where can I download the VPN client from? I have looked all over the Cisco site and the only versions that I can find are 1.0 and 1.1a. I have seen people discussing version 3.x, could someone let me know.

Also, the recommended VPN client version for use with the PIX is 3.x. The old secure vpn client version 1.x is compatible, but not recommended.

For windows is 3.6.3, for MAC/Linux is 3.7.

In order to download the VPN client, you need to *buy* a Smartnet contract from Cisco, or pay $50 for the client. I think that Smartnet costs $85 for the PIX 501. Doesn't seem right to charge for the VPN client.
