Download all Service Packs and Patches

Is there anyway to download all Service Packs and Patches for Windows 2000 using SMS 2003 from Microsoft's website?
I have the Scan Tools installed (OfficePatch and SecurityPatch). The source directories are only like 3 megs. I believe I have it installed correctly. In SMS2003/Software Updates, I see some Patches. I don't see any service packs. How do I download all the patches and service packs from Microsoft and then have SMS2003 check the PC's for missing SP's and patches. Then when a PC is missing something, SMS will push the patches. I don't mind if I evan have to manually do it. I have Microsoft's SMS Admin Companion book and it stinks.

Download the SPs separate and create a package for them, install the SP on all PCs. Then scan the PCs using the SMS tool and distribute the patches for the SP.

The SPs will cannot be downloaded using the SecurityPatch tool.

Also make sure you have the latest scan tool from Microsoft. In addition, the scan tool does not detect all of them!
