Alright, i have dial up...because it is my only option. Ive switched to opera as my browser, and it has turned out to be pretty fast with web browsing...but here is my question
When i download files from net(not p2p) my speed starts out as 40kb/s, then gradually slows down to 20 over about 8 seconds. Then slower and slower until it caps out at usually 6kb/s. Every now and then it will cap at 11 or so.
I would understand if my download speed started at 6, and stayed there....but since it starts at such a high speed it shows me that it has the capabillity of downloading at higher then average speed.
Any suggestions or comments would be great!
