Downgrading ANALOG POTS 30V2?

Hi,

I upgraded an ANALOG POTS 30V2 to latest 6.1.15 connected to a IP406 3.2.54 System but now i get no dial tone on the pots

Can i downgrade the POTS unit back to 5.2.54?

Yes you can
But why did you upgrade it to 6.1.15 (4.1.15) anyway ?
You should keep the modules on the same level as the ipoffice is

I was upgrading a IP412 with this module connected (also a POTS 8ports) but upgraded the lot for 4.1 !

When i try to 'upgrade' back using the 3.2 folder for .bin its all greyed out, how should i proceed?

I think the 3.2 folder contains the 3.2.999 files wich you can not use for that
You need to get it out of the 3.2.54 software (admin cd)

Indeed Peter! I had the BINs from 3.2.54 and its ok for the POTS30V2, the POTS8+ however is greyed out and remains on 6.1.15

Just copy all binfiles in to the folder
