I'm with a situation at my work and I would like to know about how the Softphone Avaya Onex-Agent sents the call data (caller phone, UCID, origlogin, for example) when the agent (anslogin) performs a transfer to a new IVR. Who is the responsible for transmitting this data? And how is this transmission done?
In my problem I have the following situation: The customer calls IVR and is directed to my company where a specialist answers the call. This specialist needs to make a transfer via API to another specialist and talk to him before transferring the customer. After transferring the customer, the second specialist needs transfer him to the satisfaction survey's IVR via Softphone Avaya. Within the satisfaction survey's IVR, the customer gives a grade to the specialist. This grade needs be associated with the second specialist, but the problem is the satisfaction survey's IVR recepts the call data and assigns the grade to the first specialist.
Customer ----> IVR ----> My company ----> specialist1 --transf_API--> specialist2 --transf_Avaya--> satisfaction survey's IVR
