Is there any way that we can use doubled headsets on the phone for trianing purposes in Call Center?

Anyone use sth like this?

I know you used to be able to find a splitter for this.
I had one. If you where using the callmaster 3 or IV they have two headset ports.

GuzaPasha,

newer 4622 IP Callmaster also has two headset ports. and no handset, of course. :)

We use a Y-Adapter on our 6416 phones, available from Plantronics. More information can be found HERE.

Where can we buy the splitter?

thanx for those info

you should be able to purchase them from the same place you purchase the headsets.

Your vendor should have them. They are even availble at Staples.com.

Referred to as Y-Spliced or Y-Splitter training cords.
