I have a high level user that has the same first name and last name (parents had a sense of humor). He hates to have his documents showing double word errors when he sends them.
I have shown him hide spelling errors in this document before he sends e-mail attachment but my question is:
Does anyone know a way to add a double entry to dictionary or whereever to that it does not show as an error.

What if you added his name to Autocorrect with a nonbreaking space (in Word97: from the Insert menu, select AutoText and select AutoText again from the sub-menu - then click on the AutoCorrect Tab)

For example - in AutoCorrect:
In the Replace field enter: firstname(space)surname
In the With field enter: firstname(nonbreaking space)surname

To do a nonbreaking space hold the shift and ctrl keys and press the spacebar.

Word seems to ignore the double word when it is separated by a nonbreaking space.

Not sure if this helps but just a suggestion

Glad my parents didn't have a sense of humour like that
