Double Greeting Randomly

We have a Mitel 3330 Controller with a MAS (Nupoint VM)
Every once in a while the users hear a double greeting, I can call the voicemail and only hear it once. It was mainly happening in the evening but now during the day.
The system has been upgraded and its still happening to random users at a random time.

You probably have Nupoint 6.0?

We have a DPAR open for this problem. Mitel are working on a patch, but the last they send us did not fix it.

We have this problem on all Nupoint 6.0. Now I install 5.0 SP2.

Yeah, its a new install so its been happening from the beginning and we installed the patch and it didn't help.
Is there a way to go to the earlier version?
