Double entries in Nofity 1

I have one user that receives two notifications for every piece of e-mail that comes in. I have ran repairs on his mailbox and we have gone through two version upgrades on the PO but the problem is still there.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Open Groupwise on his pc as the user. Tools -> Options -> Security, Notify tab. Is his name only listed once?
