I'm running a CR report in BOE, using a dynamic parameter against a table from the same connection that the report uses. Using the CMC under the reports Process\Database settings, I've entered the password for the connection and selected 'Use same database logon as when report is run.'

When I 'Preview' the report I get prompted for a DB logon. Is there a seperate DB setting for LOV? How do you keep this from happening?

Are there multiple data sources listed in the CMC when you set the password for the report?

You need to make sure you set the password for all data sources used in the report...

ASP, VB, VBS, Cold Fusion, SQL, DTS, T-SQL, PL-SQL, IBM-MQ, Crystal Reports, Crystal Enterprise

Nope. Both the report and LOV are from the same schema in Oracle. I don't think I've ever seen multiple data sources in the CMC, but in this case, there is only one place to put the UID/PWD and I've done that.
