Hi

I am new in Access Database. I want to know if the method FindRecord return a flag if it finds a record or not.

I have a form and I want to search for a record. I don't want to use the Navigational Tool.

Please help.

Hi!

You can use the .nomatch property to determine that after performing a .findfirst

[tt]if not rs.nomatch then
' record was found
end if[/tt]

I think also the .findfirst will set the recordset to .eof if no record is found.
