Dos apps in Terminal services?

Has anyone had much luck running a Dos app (btrieve database) in terminal services in Application mode?
I'm wondering if I should spend the time to test it or if it's been known to be very difficult?
Any comments would be truly appreciated...

I don't know about any particular databases, but I did set up a terminal server before for a DOS based program on Windows 2000 and it worked fine.
