DOS and TK "popups" 2

Do toplevel, getOpenFile, popup, menues, etc work on DOS ?

You need Windows to run wish, which is the Tk shell.

So, on a tcl/tk port for DOS ( e.g.

) a script is to be run from Windows, not straight from DOS command line ?

I didn't try the software, but as I read on the link given above it isn't Tcl/Tk for DOS but Tcl without Tk. Instead of Tk it seems to support PDCurses toolkit.
