mics ver30HgM02/with vmI can't get 2 doophones to work.I have programmed 2 ports as per the instructions, but when I go to config the doorphones using F9*4,I get "unavailable
feature".Disconnect the doorphones and reconnect them, then if I try to get into programming the display on my ser flashes F9*4 then update. I try to get back in withF9*4
and I get the same mess "unavailable feature". I have installed a 7208 set a each the 2 locations in place of the doorphones and they work, I have brought the doorphones to the equipment and terminated directly on the bix, same mess. I haven't rebooted the sytem yet because it a small hospital and they aren't to keen about that. The sytem came from another hospital about a year ago where apparently these doorphones worked. do I pull the plug ????or haveI missed something

Goddy,
Long shot thought here.... try 9*x where x is another number thn 4. If the door phone wasnt sensed by the system, the display woould shoul 'inactive feature'. Perhaps for some unknown reason voice mail is sitting on it. Try xftest anyway. But a reboot will not hurt.
