Not sure. Would suspect not as the chimes are sent from the door unit at the end of a programmed ring cycle. You might put an M7208 in a closet with an aux bell attached to it and let that ring for a while, but the thing still has to stop at some point or the kids at night are going to have a field day setting this off...?? Using the aux ringer concept it is possible to put flashers and other buzzers on this. The Algo Duet Plus is the unit you want to look at for this kind of function.
