I have a client that has a BCM 450 with approximately 55 active DN's. When the doorphone has a target of 221, the doorphone will ring and the receptionist will pick up and all works well. However the doorphone is for after hours when reps have client's come to the office. I have put just about everyone in the hunt group (HG01 - 400) and assigned that DN to the target DN in programming and when activating the doorphone nothing happens, no ringing nothing. The extensions are set at "ring only".
Is there a specific number that can be assigned to a Hunt Group? I currently have approximately 54 out of the total number of DN's assigned to the Hunt Group.
