Doorphone to cell phone 1

I have a customer that wants his doorphone to call his cell when rang. I can make this happen, but when he hangs up the cell, the doorphone won't disconnect the call.
It's on a CICS 6.1.
Supervision is on. What am I missing??

On a phone system to disconnect 2 conditions: Trunks must be supervised and called party must send CPC signal,call party control,on business lines CPC is part of the features packacge on residential lines it is not provided.

You could try to dedicate one line to dial out from the door phone and install a CPC 1 from Viking Electronics to give you the CPC needed to disconnect.

I was thinking of putting in a M7100 set but I'll check into this.
