Client with Nortel BCM 200 everythinng seems to work fine, Doorphone will dial numbers when it is pressed but it appears that the number that was programmed does not unlock the door. I've checked the BCM and it is set to 6 but doesn't work. Is there anyway to figure out what the number is? I assume there is another piece of equipment somewhere in the ceiling that I am not seeing. I read somewhere there is a dip switch that determines the open number to be pressed on the phone. where's the the dip switch? I check the controller outside the door, but nothing. I am new to this system, so any help is appreciated. All phones ring when the button is pressed, could this be the issue?
