Hello all
I have a client that I have installed a "Door Phone" on to their system; it is being used at a dock for resort clients to call for assistance with fuel and getting boats, etc.
The door phone died over the winter due to weather issues I believe. I replaced the unit with an identical unit (manufactured by Algo Communications Products) and it only rings at one extension.
I have it programmed into a hunt group, HG01 707.
Because I changed the unit, do i have to billed the hunt group list again? As well, when I set this up a few years back, I remember a Feature code that had to be inputted to make the phone ring all of the extensions programmed into the hunt group, what is that code?
Many thanks in advance
Regards
