I have a door phone with DOC. Some phones have the 'OPEN' softkey show up when the door phone is pressed. Some phones do not have the 'OPEN' softkey, they press 6 instead. All phones are configured the same, all are part of the hunt group. Not a crisis but some people need it the same as others! Any tips?

Are you absolutely sure the sets are identical to the programming requested in the Door Phone Install guide?
What model sets are they and what Rls # (under the set)
If the Rls # is maybe too old then prove that theory by swapping sets with Set Relo OFF
Try using Answer DN's to a spare port instead of HG maybe as a test.
